Delete my data

Trublion does not use a traditional user account: your device is identified by an anonymous local identifier. You can delete all your data at any time.

From the app

Open the Trublion app, go to Preferences, then use the delete data action. The deletion is immediate and permanent.

Without the app

If you no longer have the app installed, write to dpo@trublion.co. If possible, indicate the approximate date of last use and the device model used. Your request will be processed within 30 days maximum.

What is deleted

The deletion permanently erases, from our servers:

• your anonymous device identifier
• your preferences (categories, settings)
• your bookshop subscriptions (booksellers followed)
• your saved favourites and staff picks
• your first name and the associated book requests
• your push notification token

Deleted data cannot be restored.
